Each house is about three hundred square meters, has a garage and 2 floors. Each house has a garden which is connected to the living room and kitchen. On the floors there are rooms and a comfortable master complex. It is a very comfortable house in the city center.

Contextual Design
At NOKE, we believe architecture should belong to its environment. The color palette and scale of the Rumiana houses were carefully selected to respect the local context while introducing a fresh, contemporary standard for residential development. The result is two buildings that are "a bit similar but completely different"—twins in spirit, yet unique in their final execution.
