Architect and photographer with a passion for storytelling through space and image. His design approach is shaped by time in Brazil, Lisbon, and Warsaw. Always experimenting with new formats, both visual and spatial.

Office Manager
The organizational heart of the studio. Oversees daily operations, supports project teams, and handles investor communications. Combines attention to detail with empathy, creating a calm and supportive environment.
Aleksandra Hyz
Interior & Product Designer
Designs interiors and products with a focus on timeless quality and bold materiality. Believes good design tells a story rooted in users’ everyday life. Also runs her own tabletop brand, blending scales and disciplines.
Illustrator and co-founder of LUDISM, working at the intersection of art and design. Known for her playful, intuitive use of shape, color, and cultural references. A multi-award-winning artist who treats design as a storytelling tool.
Monika Zaik
Senior Designer
Urban, residential, and interior designer with experience in adaptations and exhibitions. She translates client needs into clear, functional concepts and constantly develops tools that elevate the design process. Believes in collaboration and context-driven design.
Justyna Puchalska
Spatial Designer
Designs across scales — from urban masterplans to intimate events. Combines architecture with digital tools and storytelling strategies. An Aalto alumna who leads with clarity, direction, and cross-disciplinary ease.

Social Media & Communication Specialist
Manages NOKE’s communications — from social media to live events — ensuring visual and narrative consistency. With a background in fashion design, she combines aesthetics with strategy. Loves Japanese cinema and storytelling through visuals.
Bartosz Pasternak

Owner of PS Collective together with Filip Sar. Bartosz is inspired by contrasts and connections between seemingly contrary elements. He is passionate about the combination of the old with the new and revitalizations.
