This retail space is an optician salon with select ranges of brand-name eyeglass frames. As it has two glass storefronts on the street side, the goal of the NOKE designers was to create an interior that would tempt passers-by and entice them to step inside. It needed to feel welcoming – ensuring a satisfying environment for the time-consuming eye examinations and for selecting eyeglasses.

Through large windows, a lot of light enters the interior. - One of the challenges was to disperse the light as much as possible to eliminate shadows on the faces of people trying on frames - says Karol Pasternak. Hence, in the design, there are walls made of fabric and glass elements. The curtains have a flesh-tone shade, which serves as an excellent background for the faces of the living room's guests.
