This project got off to a very interesting start. The investor asked us to analyze the project that he had already received. We came up with a proposal of a different solution - projections of a very unusual shape of a large apartment, which occupies the top floor of a building with an office function.

ABOUT

The office space has been adapted into a private apartment. From the apartment there is an exit to the roof with a terrace overlooking the whole of Warsaw. The elevator opens to the apartment. The windows are floor to ceiling. Such an unusual space allowed us to create a unique layout of the apartment for a family of 4. The apartment is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, and the master bathroom is equipped with a sauna and jacuzzi.
